Trade Union of Technicians and Engineers at Flex
ZZTI is a trade union that was established in 2018 at the initiative of Repair Technicians and Engineers. We currently bring together employees from various departments—both office workers as well as warehouse and production workers. We are the second largest and one of the two representative trade unions at Flex in Tczew. ZZTI is part of the All-Poland Alliance of Trade Unions (OPZZ), one of the three largest and most representative trade union federations in Poland. The Chairman of ZZTI, Lukas Liedtke, serves as Vice-Chairman in the regional structures of OPZZ.
Our organization offers extensive experience and high competence in advocacy on behalf of our members.
We participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with current labor laws.
We actively participate in the life of the community and provide assistance to those in need in the Tczew region and the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
We offer real financial assistance in crisis situations such as serious illness or unforeseen events.
We make every effort to ensure that our actions bring you more and more benefits from being a member.
